As part of our 2025 initiatives, tagged “IMPACT 2025, and in continuance of our objective to safeguard the reproductive health & rights of WIDOWS, we are organizing a health intervention and screening program for Widows in Lagos State. The program aims to: Provide a platform for health education on prevalent health issues affecting women and to emphasize on the importance of regular medical check-up.
The event will feature: Registration of 250 Widows under ILERA-EKO Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Scheme, Health talks on pertinent issues, Comprehensive health screening, including: Body Mass Index (BMI) Assessment, Blood Pressure and Temperature Checks, Urinalysis, Sugar assessment, HIV screening and Testing, Consultation and Counseling Services, Treatment of minor ailments with available over-the-counter (OTC) medications, Referral services for expert management when necessary and Distribution of Food palliatives.
The IMPACT ’25 Health Screening event is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
