Today, the Human Development Initiatives (HDI) Foundation celebrated the International Day of the Girl Child with the students of Ajigbeda Girls’ Senior High School and Stadium Senior High School in Surulere, Lagos. In line with this year’s theme, “Girls’ Vision for the Future,” the girls were inspired to dream big and reminded that their dreams are VALID.

They were encouraged to stay focused, disciplined, dedicated, and diligent in pursuit of their goals. Those who may still be unsure about their career paths or future aspirations were advised to consult with their school counsellor for guidance and support in shaping their dreams.
